Refund Policy
All the payments made to rgblogo are Partially refundable.
We believe in quality work towards any design task and we give our best to satisfy the clients from our end.
If we can’t, you just get refund. that’s it.
Refund Timeline:
Once you request the refund by sending mail to sales@rgblogo.com your refund will be initiated in 48 working hours. and you will receive refund amount in to your bank account in 5 to 7 working days after initiation.
Refund Scenario:
Client must ask for the refund at the stage when they get first 2 or 3 variants.
Once client gets in to revision Phase & request multiple changes in Any design then he or she’ll not be able to claim refund. rgblogo will not be liable to refund any amount once clients gets in to revision Phase.
rgblogo may refund Customers for the following reasons:
(i) the Sold Design is Defective.
(ii) rgblogo is required by law or considers that it is required by law to do so.
(iii) rgblogo determines that issuing a refund to Customer will avoid any dispute or increased costs to rgblogo.
(iv) rgblogo issues the refund to Customer in accordance with any refund policy specified by rgblogo from time to time.
(v) the order placed (or request made) by Customer is found to be fraudulent. A Sold Design will be deemed to be “Defective” if: (i) Customer and Designer agree it is defective and notify rgblogo of this fact; (ii) the Sold Design is subject to a third party claim that the Sold Design infringes/misappropriates such party’s IPR, that is not frivolous. If any of the reason regarding design, rgblogo refunds the payment to Customer.
